POLICIES & TRUST

Pricing, cancellation & support

What is—and is not—agreed through this website.

Launch draft · Updated 3 October 2026. These pages describe the current product and proposed operating policies. The operator’s legal identity, registered address, Information Officer, service agreements, retention periods and provider arrangements still require confirmation and legal review. They are not a certification of POPIA compliance or a substitute for a signed agreement.

Talk before committing

The public website introduces CounselR and opens email contact. It does not take subscription payments, bind you to a pricing plan or create an automatic renewal. Discuss pricing with support@counselr.co.za, derick@counselr.co.za or sam@counselr.co.za.

Written service arrangements

Before a paid arrangement starts, the parties should agree fees, taxes, billing dates, term, renewal, cancellation, refund rules, support channels, service levels and data-exit arrangements in writing. No refund amount, trial length or cancellation notice period has been specified here.

Patient invoice and payment tracking inside the workspace is a record-keeping feature. It does not collect a patient’s money or process card transactions, and it does not set your practice’s patient cancellation fees.

Support scope

Use support@counselr.co.za for product and access enquiries. This address is not an emergency service, therapeutic relationship or a promise of around-the-clock monitoring. Support response commitments, if any, belong in your service agreement.
